Good:
A Millennium Memento

At the very end of the year 2000, Houstonians Toni and Jeff Beauchamp published a small book called Good. It contained a series of essays about Houston by a broad, diverse group of Houstonians. At its birth, Livable Houston Magazine is a place for writers and others to express ideas about life in the Houston rergion, so we are proud to launch the site with these essays, and are grateful to the Beauchamps and the authors for allowing their publication.
